  • Fresh arugula or greens

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place a baking sheet in the oven to warm.
  3. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread a layer of goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the sliced apples on top of the cheese and top with fresh arugula.
