Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit juice (such as apple or berry)
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatin or beef gelatin
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add sweetener to taste, if using, and mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups. Let sit undisturbed for the first cooling minute.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy this healthy gelatin treat!
Notes
For added flavor, consider using vanilla or fresh berries. Adjust the gelatin amount for firmer or softer set as desired.
