- Water (cold and boiling, based on box directions)
- Small containers or cups with lids

Instructions
- Boil water, dissolve the gelatin powder, then add cold water.
- Pour it into 6 to 8 small containers.
- Chill them until set.
- Eat one serving about 15 to 20 minutes before lunch and dinner.
