Ingredients

- 1 box sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- Optional: splash of lemon or lime juice, flavor extract, unflavored gelatin for a firmer set
- Optional: unflavored or compatible protein powder
Instructions
- Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.
- Add boiling water and stir until granules are dissolved.
- Add cold water and stir again.
- If adding protein, let the mix cool until warm, then whisk in slowly. Strain if clumped.
- Pour into small cups or a shallow dish.
- Chill for 2 to 4 hours until set.
