Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar free gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: splash of lemon or lime juice, flavor extract, unflavored gelatin for a firmer set
  • Optional: unflavored or compatible protein powder

Instructions

  1. Pour the gelatin powder into a bowl.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until granules are dissolved.
  3. Add cold water and stir again.
  4. If adding protein, let the mix cool until warm, then whisk in slowly. Strain if clumped.
  5. Pour into small cups or a shallow dish.
  6. Chill for 2 to 4 hours until set.
