- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional)
- A little extra vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and Biscoff spread, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Optional: Stir in crushed Biscoff cookies for added crunch.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve and enjoy!
