Ingredients

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed (optional)
  • A little extra vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and Biscoff spread, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  4. Optional: Stir in crushed Biscoff cookies for added crunch.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
