Ingredients

  • 8 oz creamy brie cheese
  • ½ cup sweet cranberry sauce
  • Egg wash (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the flaky pastry and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a small piece of brie in the center of each square and top with a dollop of cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy at your holiday gatherings.

Notes
