- Fresh or dried cranberries
- Honey (for drizzling)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- If making your own dough, combine flour, yeast, and salt, then add water to form a dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch and cut into preferred shapes.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
- Layer slices of Brie cheese on the dough, then scatter cranberries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Once baked, let cool slightly, drizzle with balsamic glaze, add nuts if desired, then slice and serve warm.
