Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté carrots for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
- Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover, increase heat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until carrots are tender and glaze thickens.
- Garnish with thyme before serving.
Notes
