Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. Lower the heat and add cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce and beef mixture until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
