Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) warm water (hot but not boiling)
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey (Canaan honey if available)
1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger
1 pinch turmeric or Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black seed oil or a few crushed black seeds (optional)
Thin lemon slice, for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water until hot but not boiling to protect beneficial honey compounds.
2. Add raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Mix in fresh lemon juice and grated ginger.
4. Add turmeric, cinnamon, or black seed oil if using, and stir gently.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before breakfast.
6. Use once daily for 1–2 weeks while following balanced eating and movement habits.
Notes
Do not use boiling water—high heat reduces honey’s nutrients.
Honey should never be applied directly into the eyes.
