- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup cherry jam
- Powdered sugar for dusting & icing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flours and salt; set aside. Cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy; add egg and extracts.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough for 30 mins.
- Roll out, cut shapes, and bake for 12-15 mins until edges are golden.
- Cool, assemble with jam, and ice with powdered sugar mixture.
