  • Powdered sugar for dusting & icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flours and salt; set aside. Cream butter and granulated sugar until fluffy; add egg and extracts.
  3. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Chill dough for 30 mins.
  4. Roll out, cut shapes, and bake for 12-15 mins until edges are golden.
  5. Cool, assemble with jam, and ice with powdered sugar mixture.
