Description

A refreshing and simple chia seed drink infused with strawberries, lemon, and ginger, perfect for a gentle start to your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Filtered Water
  • 2 medium Strawberries (Sliced)
  • 1 slice Fresh Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 23 drops Stevia Drops
  • 1/4 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the drink the day before by gathering your ingredients.
  2. In a glass mason jar, add chia seeds, lemon juice, fresh ginger, stevia drops, strawberry slices, and water.
  3. Stir, close the jar, and refrigerate.
  4. Serve with a straw and stir before drinking to disperse the seeds.
  5. Store up to 4 days in the fridge; the flavor will soften over time.

Notes

For a creamier drink, fold in a spoon of yogurt after chilling. Adjust sweetness to taste with additional stevia drops if desired.
