- 1/2 cup chia seeds

Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free jello in 2 cups of boiling water in a bowl, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Let it cool slightly, then stir in the chia seeds, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve chilled in bowls or small glasses, optionally adding fresh fruit on top.
Notes
For a firmer set, reduce the water; for a looser texture, add more water or juice. Always stir the chia seeds into slightly cooled liquid to prevent clumping.
