- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with 1 cup of water. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes until the chia seeds swell and form a gel.
- In a pitcher, mix the lime juice, remaining water, and honey or agave syrup (if using). Stir well to combine.
- Add the chia seed mixture to the limeade and stir.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.
Notes
A touch of honey gives the drink a warm, floral scent. For a cleaner taste, use agave syrup. You can also experiment with mint leaves for a fresher top note.
