Instructions
- Measure two tablespoons of whole chia seeds and place them in a clean jar or heatproof pitcher.
- Add two cups of filtered water and stir briskly to prevent clumping.
- Sprinkle in one teaspoon of ground cinnamon and stir until evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture sit for five minutes, then stir to break up any clumps on the surface.
- Cover and leave at room temperature for 15-30 minutes, or refrigerate for a longer soak.
- Taste the infusion and add honey or agave syrup as needed, stirring until dissolved.
- Garnish with thin lemon slices and serve warm or chilled as preferred.
