- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Drain & dry the cherries, letting them sit on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth (1–2 minutes).
- Wrap each cherry with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture until fully enclosed.
- Place on a baking sheet and chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate in 30-second bursts; dip each ball and tap off excess.
- Roll in or sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans before the coating sets.
- Chill again for 10–15 minutes until coating is firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
