Description

Fudgy spheres with a sweet cherry surprise, coated in creamy white chocolate, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain & dry the cherries, letting them sit on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth (1–2 minutes).
  3. Wrap each cherry with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture until fully enclosed.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate in 30-second bursts; dip each ball and tap off excess.
  6. Roll in or sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans before the coating sets.
  7. Chill again for 10–15 minutes until coating is firm.
  8. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
