Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix fresh cranberries, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to make the glaze.
- Cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and place them on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle the cranberry glaze over the sausage pieces.

- Spread the sausage bites out in a single layer on the sheet pan.
