Description

A refreshing and revitalizing juice combining the tartness of cranberries with the brightness of citrus and a hint of ginger.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • Water as needed
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • A little extra vanilla (optional)
  • A tiny pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh cranberries, orange juice, lemon juice, and grated ginger in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is uniformly bright and the cranberries have broken down.
  3. Add water to achieve desired consistency and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp if desired.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy your refreshing detox juice!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if a sweeter taste is preferred. The juice can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
