- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the honey and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
For added richness, consider a drop of vanilla for aroma. Leftovers keep well and can be reheated gently on the stove.
