Description

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
- 1 cup parmesan breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
- (optional) a little extra vanilla
- (optional) fresh butter
- (optional) a pinch of smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly with dill pickle ranch dressing.
- Press the parmesan breadcrumbs onto each coated chicken breast until well-adhered.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- For oven instructions, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), place the chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Rest the chicken a few minutes before slicing for juicier meat. Serve with a squeeze of lemon for added brightness.
