Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 cups cold water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber well and peel a few strips if the skin is waxy.
  2. Slice the cucumber thinly for better flavor release.
  3. Add the cucumber slices to a pitcher.
  4. Pour in the cold water and stir.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, though 2 hours is even better.
  6. Pour over ice and enjoy throughout the day.
