Instructions
- Wash the cucumber well and peel a few strips if the skin is waxy.
- Slice the cucumber thinly for better flavor release.
- Add the cucumber slices to a pitcher.
- Pour in the cold water and stir.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, though 2 hours is even better.
- Pour over ice and enjoy throughout the day.
