Instructions
- Warm the 2 cups of water in a small saucepan over low heat until hot but not boiling.
- Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin powder over the warm water and let it bloom for a minute.
- Stir in the ½ cup of sugar until dissolved and the mixture looks glossy.
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir for another minute.
- Pour the warm mixture into molds or shallow dishes and gently tap to release bubbles.
- Chill in the fridge for at least four hours until set.
- Garnish with fresh fruits, if desired, and serve.
Notes
For a richer base, consider adding a splash of cream or a teaspoon of butter. Adjust the vanilla to your preference for a stronger aroma.
