1 cup raw unfiltered honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 pinch black pepper

1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)


Instructions

1. Add 1 cup of raw unfiltered honey into a clean glass jar.

2. Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric directly into the jar.

3. Stir slowly until turmeric fully blooms into the honey. Mixture turns deep golden. Do not rush — rushing leaves dry spice pockets.

4. Add 1 pinch of black pepper. Do not skip this. Black pepper activates turmeric absorption significantly.

5. If using ginger, add 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger now and stir again until fully combined.

6. Mix thoroughly until texture is smooth and even with no spice streaks.

7. Seal the jar with a lid and store at room temperature away from direct heat.
