Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over 1–2 tablespoons cold water and let bloom for 1 minute.
- Add hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in cold water or tea and add lemon juice if desired.
- Chill for 2–3 hours until lightly set, or drink warm immediately.
