Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin
  • Warm water or juice (for mixing)
  • Optional: Sweetener or flavorings (honey, sugar, lemon, or vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve one packet of unflavored gelatin in warm water or juice.
  2. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. If desired, add sweetener or flavorings.
  4. Let it cool and consume before meals to help control appetite.

Notes

Store any leftovers in a covered jar in the fridge for up to a day. To reheat, set the jar in warm water until the texture loosens.
