Description
Deliciously sweet and spiced Rice Krispies treats made with Biscoff spread, perfect for family gatherings and sharing.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (optional for topping)
- A little extra vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat, being careful not to brown it.
- Add the mini marshmallows and Biscoff spread, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan, pressing down firmly to even it out.
- Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top, if using, and press lightly so they stick.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
For a crunchy finish, consider drizzling melted chocolate or sprinkling flaky salt on top. Store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
