Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until frothy.

- Pour the mixture into custard cups or a baking dish, filling them neatly.
- Place the cups in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the custard cups.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set, with a slight wobble in the center.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
