Instructions
- Lemon Ginger Warm Water: Steep ginger in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, squeeze in lemon, sip slowly.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Citrus Splash: Stir together cold water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon/orange juice; drink with a straw if desired.
