- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining warm water and sugar, letting it sit until frothy.
- Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the yeast mixture and oil.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise until doubled in size.
- Fold in garlic and rosemary, then shape into muffin-sized portions.
- Let rise again in a greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
