Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm water and sugar, letting it sit until frothy.
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the yeast mixture and oil.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let it rise until doubled in size.
  5. Fold in garlic and rosemary, then shape into muffin-sized portions.
  6. Let rise again in a greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
