Description

A warm, comforting drink made with gelatin, water, and a pinch of pink salt, perfect for hydration and self-care.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water, divided (about 1/4 cup cool plus 3/4 cup warm)
  • 1 teaspoon plain unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tiny pinch pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Pour about a 1/4 cup of cool water into a mug. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes to bloom.
  2. Add 3/4 cup of warm water to the mug and stir well to dissolve the gelatin.
  3. Add a tiny pinch of pink salt and stir again. Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
  4. Enjoy warm or chill it for a cold drink option.

Notes

Keep the salt light to avoid an overpowering taste. You can experiment by adding lemon juice for a tangy version in the morning.
