- Green gel food coloring, to desired color (start with 1/4 tsp)
- Red sprinkles or small red candies for garnish
Instructions
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and slightly aerated.
- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until incorporated.
- Gently fold in marshmallow fluff.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice, then mix in food coloring until desired green is achieved.
- Chill briefly for best consistency.
- Garnish with red sprinkles or candies before serving.
Notes
For vegan options, use vegan cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Chill for better texture.
