Instructions
- If using leftover rice, steam it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to heat it up.
- In a frying pan, add a teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
- Crack each egg into the pan; cook sunny side up until yolks are runny or boil for 7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Mix warm rice with soy sauce and a sprinkle of salt in a bowl.
- Spoon the soy sauce rice onto a plate, place the egg on top, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
