Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine corn kernels, cornmeal, milk, honey, melted butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir until the mix looks smooth and glossy.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
