Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
- Drizzle hot honey over roasted Brussels sprouts, top with bacon, and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or a shaving of Parmesan. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
