- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Push beef to one side, add diced onion and minced garlic, and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in broccoli florets and sauté for a minute to absorb beef juices.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring thoroughly.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook until melted (2-3 minutes).
- If using, add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and serve hot directly from the skillet.
Notes
Choose ground beef with some fat for better flavor. Fresh broccoli and creamy cheese make the dish comforting.
