Description

A refreshing and soothing detox water made with fresh lemons, crisp cucumber, and fragrant mint, perfect for hydration on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Fresh Lemons
  • 1 Large English Cucumber
  • 1012 Leaves Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 quarts Filtered Water
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons, cucumber, and mint leaves under cool running water and pat them dry.
  2. Slice the lemons and cucumber into very thin rounds.
  3. Muddle the mint in the bottom of a pitcher to release essential oils.
  4. Layer the lemon and cucumber slices into the pitcher.
  5. Pour cold filtered water over the ingredients and top with ice cubes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one to two hours before serving.

Notes

For a touch of sweetness, add a splash of honey or a sliced apple. If you’d like to change the flavor, consider adding lime or strawberries. Serve with extra mint for garnish.
