Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach until soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken or turkey, sautéed vegetables, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Fold everything together gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
