Instructions

- Add the egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers look set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
