Instructions

  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Add the egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers look set.
