- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
- A little extra vanilla (optional)
- Fresh butter (optional for finishing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and ensure the oven rack sits in the center.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, salt, and pepper until glossy.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your family’s taste preference. Add a pat of butter for a silkier texture if desired.
