Description

A delightful and easy dessert that captures the fresh and vibrant flavors of lime in a small, bite-sized tart.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Lime slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into mini tart pans.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spoon filling into crusts and chill for 3+ hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.

Notes

For a little extra flavor, consider adding vanilla to the whipped cream. A pressed cookie crust can also work instead of graham crackers.
