Description

A deliciously simple no-bake treat featuring the iconic taste of Oreos with a refreshing minty twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreos
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Mint Extract
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Coating (dark, milk, or white)
  • Decorative Sprinkles or Crushed Mint Oreos (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mint extract; blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed Oreos or decorative sprinkles on top.
  9. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set (about 1 hour).
  10. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
