- 1 package Oreos
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- 1.5 cups Chocolate Coating (dark, milk, or white)
- Decorative Sprinkles or Crushed Mint Oreos (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a zip-top bag or food processor until fine.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mint extract; blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the crushed Oreos to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring frequently.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed Oreos or decorative sprinkles on top.
- Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set (about 1 hour).
- Serve cold and enjoy!
