Description

Natural Saxenda drink made with chia seeds, Greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar. A simple 5-minute tonic that supports fullness and calmer appetite before meals.


Ingredients

1 cup cold water or unsweetened green tea

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, to taste

Ice cubes, optional


Instructions

1. Add the chia seeds to a glass or jar, pour in the cold water or green tea and stir well so no dry seeds sit on top. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes until a soft gel forms.

2. Add the plain Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Stir or whisk until the yogurt is fully mixed in and the liquid looks creamy and speckled.

3. Taste and adjust: add more lemon juice for brightness, more honey for sweetness or a splash of water to thin it out. Add ice cubes if you prefer it cold.

4. Drink your natural Saxenda tonic slowly about 15 to 30 minutes before your main meal so the chia and yogurt have time to support fullness signals.

5. Repeat daily before the meal where your appetite feels loudest and pair with balanced plates of protein, vegetables and whole grains.

Notes

Store pre-mixed chia seeds in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Add yogurt and lemon fresh each time before drinking.
