- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
- Mix water and orange juice in a drinking glass.
- Stir with a spoon until the mixture looks even and the surface catches the light.
- Add chia seeds and stir. Scatter the seeds over the top and push them into the liquid with a gentle swirl.
- Let set for 20-30 minutes. Place the glass in the fridge or on the counter and let the seeds absorb the liquid.
- Stir again before drinking. Taste for sweetness and add a touch of honey or vanilla if desired, then serve cold.
Notes
Store in a covered pitcher in the fridge for up to two days. If it thickens too much, add a splash of water to loosen it.
