Instructions

- Add Zest and Spices: Stir in freshly grated orange zest and ground cloves.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
- Form the Cookies: Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; centers should look slightly undercooked.
