1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions

2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice from half a lemon into the warm water.
3. Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Optional: Add raw honey for taste and stir well.
5. Drink slowly through a straw to protect tooth enamel.
6. Rinse mouth with plain water afterward to prevent enamel erosion.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning on a light stomach, not completely empty if you have digestive sensitivity.
Limit to once daily to avoid excess sodium intake.
Not suitable for people with high blood pressure, kidney disease, or on sodium-restricted diets.
Use a straw and rinse mouth after drinking to protect dental enamel from acidic lemon juice.
Plain water provides the same hydration benefits without the sodium concerns.
Consult your healthcare provider before adding to your daily routine, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
