Ingredients

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

1 tbsp grass-fed ghee or coconut oil

1/4 tsp black pepper

Fresh herbs (basil or cilantro), optional

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

1. Heat ghee or coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
