Ingredients

  • Ground meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
  • Noodles (such as ramen or lo mein)
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Scallions
  • Vegetables (such as bell peppers or carrots)
  • Sesame oil
  • Cooked rice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Drain them well and toss with a little sesame oil so they do not clump together.
  3. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
