  • 1 cup Crushed Pretzels
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  • Dipping Sauce (honey mustard, buffalo sauce, or ranch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep the chicken by cutting it into strips if using breasts and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whipped eggs, and one with crushed pretzels.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat in the pretzel mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
