- 1 cup Crushed Pretzels

- 2 Eggs

- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Dipping Sauce (honey mustard, buffalo sauce, or ranch)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep the chicken by cutting it into strips if using breasts and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whipped eggs, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat in the pretzel mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, mix spices or Parmesan into the pretzel crumbs. Ensure even spacing on the baking sheet for best results.
