- 4 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for the sauce)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (low-sugar or keto alternative if needed)
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and onion powder to prepare the sauce. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into small crumbles or patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Divide shredded lettuce among four bowls. Top with cooked beef mixture.
- Distribute shredded cheddar cheese, pickle chips, and chopped onion over the beef in each bowl.
- Drizzle tangy burger sauce over the ingredients and serve immediately.
