Description

A cozy and playful dish that combines spaghetti with ground beef, served in crispy garlic bread rolls for a fun, hands-on family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 garlic bread rolls
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and stir. Cook until al dente, then drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the beef and half of the cheese.
  5. Hollow out the garlic bread rolls.
  6. Fill the rolls with the spaghetti and beef mixture.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden.
  8. Serve warm with salad or roasted veggies.

Notes

Feel free to swap out the ground beef for turkey or add sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian option. Use good quality pasta and cheese for the best results.
